After a very busy holiday season, we are giving our bread bakers a week off to recuperate. There will be no sourdough loaves available January 22-28. We will have bread again on January 29. Baguettes will remain available on a limited basis.
Sourdough Bread at Praha
Praha Bohemian Bakery and Cafe makes sourdough bread every day and will be expanding its offerings. Pre-order of bread is highly recommended as our bread sells out fast. We will bake as much as needed but we need to know in advance how much to bake. Stay connected with our breads by joining our bread distro list. Please order ahead using our Bread Reservation Form (below). You can also use the form to ask questions or provide requests/suggestions.

Reserve your Praha Bread
Please reserve by 5:00 am on Tuesday for pickup on Tues-Friday and by 5:00 am on Friday for Sat-Monday pickup. Bread is baked fresh everyday!
Sourdough Baguettes
Our baguettes are baked daily and are available 7 days a week. They come out a little later on Tuesdays and are usually ready around 8:30 or early the other days of the week. Our French customers are raving about these baguettes and how they take them back home!
Český Chléb (Czech Rye Bread)
This is the quintessential Czech Bread. A sourdough rye with a touch of yeast to make a light and airy crumb wrapped in a crispy rye crust. This Praha specialty will take your tastebuds on a direct flight to Central Europe. This bread is available upon request. Please order 48 hours in advance.
