Traditional Czech Koláče
We are always designing new fillings and flavors. Regularly available fillings include farmer's cheese, apricot, cherry, apple, walnut, poppyseed, plum, blueberry, and raspberry, and combinations of those. Our fillings, including farmer's cheese, are made from scratch in-house.

A Crozet twist on a traditional Czech staple. Rohlíky are small bread rolls that are often eaten plain or with spreads or cut lengthwise as a sandwich bread. Our version is rolled with ham and Swiss cheese.

Bagels
Our bagels are cooked in the traditional method: slow fermented bagels are boiled and then placed on bagel boards and cooked both upside down and then right side up to create the ideal texture. Our schmears are made in-house and are available in single servings or in larger quantities. For large orders of bagels (more than a dozen) please order ahead on our pre-order page.
